Windows 10 Printer Not Print on Front and Back
In the More menu (three dots) select open in Internet Explorer. Ctrl + P then opens the original Print settings Dialogue.
In Devices and Printers rt click the Printer > Printing preferences > Advanced. Check for Double sided enabled in the Printer properties. If Windows does not know the printer does double sided it will not offer the function.

(1) Ensure the printer is set to duplex.
(a) R-Clk START, & select "Control Panel".
(b) Click "View devices & printers" under "Hardware & Sound".
"Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Devices and Printers" opens.
(c) R-Clk your printer, & select "Printing preferences".
(Also, ensure it is set as the "default" printer.)
(d) In the Printing Preferences, ensure it is set for duplex...
(Also, set it for "grayscale" in there; I'm sure Edge will honor it.)
(2) In Edge...
(a) Click Edge's "more" icon (3 dots) at top right.
(b) Click "Print" from the menu that appears.
(c) Click "More settings" at the bottom of the page.
(d) Set it for duplex (i.e., 2-sided).
That should do it. As Edge has no "grayscale" setting, I think it must honor that of the printer. (I don't have Office.)

I checked. The printer is set as the default printer, and the printing properties displays that the printer is setup for duplex printing. It even shows as the duplex module as being installed.
Is it necessary to restart my machine after installing the printer drivers? I have not restarted the machine since installing them, which may be the source of the issue?

Normally, you are asked to reboot when an install needs it. I'm surprised you weren't asked, for one as big as a printer. Yes, do the reboot.
(1) Do you get the stuff I showed in Edge?
(2) At Edge's Settings screen, do you have this version...?...
(3) What about what HairyFool said...?...
(a) Click Edge's More (...).
(b) Select "Open with Internet Explorer".
(c) Press CTRL+P.
Do you get the better printer interface in IE 11? Does it print duplex?
